Engineering write-up
The customer requested a Stage 1 calibration for a stock Audi A3 2.0 TDI used as a daily driver. We read the original Bosch EDC17 file via OBD using FormulaFlash, then manually adjusted the boost pressure, fuel quantity, and ignition timing maps across the full load range. Torque delivery was smoothed in the low-RPM band to preserve clutch longevity. The file was dyno-verified on our Mustang dyno, showing a measured 180hp and 400Nm with AFRs remaining within safe margins. No DTCs were triggered during the 200km road test.
