Engineering write-up
This Vito operates exclusively on closed circuits, so the customer requested a full DPF and EGR software deactivation. We read the Siemens/Continental PCR2.1 ECU in Boot mode using K-TAG, then disabled the DPF regeneration cycle and closed the EGR valve at the software level. All related monitoring routines and fault codes (P2463, P0401, P2002, P0420) were removed from the calibration. A legal track-use disclaimer was signed by the customer before delivery. The vehicle passed a closed-circuit smoke test with no visible particulate issues at the modified map.
